Logging On to OCHREStreams
Once your CEO has completed the registration process and nominated you as a user, you will receive an OCHREStreams registration email that contains your username and password required to access the site. If you have not received this email please contact the OCHREStreams help desk on 1800 627 820 or email email@example.com
Go to https://www.ochrestreams.org.au. You may be prompted to install an ActiveX plugin. This is required to run OCHREStreams so follow the prompts on screen to complete installation.
Enter your username and password in the User name and Password fields provided and click Log On. Your username and password are case-sensitive so they need to be entered exactly as they appear in the email. If you ‘copy and paste’ your password from the OCHREStreams registration email, please ensure that you remove the additional space at the end of the password.
If this is the first time you are logging on to OCHREStreams, you will need to change your password. You will be prompted with a message to reset your default password
Note - Choose a password that is easy to remember but difficult for other people to guess. For security reasons your password must be a minimum of eight characters long, and include at least two symbols and/or numbers, and one capital letter (e.g. P@ssword1).
Type your new password in the New Password and Re-Type New Password fields provided then click the ‘Update Password’ button.
Click the ‘Home’ tab located in the header to be taken to your health service home page.
Check your email. You will receive an email confirming that you have successfully changed your password.
